  • Yogome, a Mexican startup that makes educational games for kids, raised $6.6 million, in a round led by Seaya Ventures
  • Travel tech startup Beonprice raised €1.4 million for its hotel revenue software, in a round led by K Fund
  • HR startup Factorial raised €500,000
  • Hardware startup Glassy raised €348,000
  • Hardware startup Micaton Ergonomics raised €245,000

  • Stillfront acquired eRepublik Labs for €7.5 million. eRepublik Labs, although based in Dublin, has offices in Spain
  • Atresmedia acquired advertising company Smartclip Latam. Terms of the deal were not disclosed
