- Madrid and Boston-based cloud-native logging and security analytics company Devo raised $100M at a $2B valuation. French firm Eurazeo led the round. Spanish firm Kibo Ventures also participated in the round. More details here
- Murcia-based Odilo raised $64M as its white-label e-learning library passed 8,500 customers and 170M users. The round was led by Bregal Milestone. More details here
- Barcelona-based biotech company Minoryx Therapeutics raised $51M to complete commercialization of its CNS drug
- Barcelona-based Parlem Telecom raised €6M from Inveready
- Madrid-based music platform Colkie raised €2M. More about the company here
- Madrid-based Komon raised $2M to launch NFT-accessed creative communities. Several Spanish investors participated in the round, including Samaipata, Adara and Inveready. Sebastian Fernandez, formerly of Samaipata, wrote about the launch here

M&A activity 🎊
- Ecommerce company Hannun is getting a lot of interest from investors ahead of its IPO on the BME Growth. The company, which posted sales of €1.6M in Q1 2021 and also an improvement in its gross margin, has received interest from investors to acquire €22M in shares, up from the €8M it expected
- Indra (Minsait) acquired Extremadura-based identity verification company Mobbeel. Terms of the deal were not disclosed
- Madrid-based fertility startup Woom was acquired by UK's first virtual fertility clinic Apricity
- ALTAI Soft, a consulting firm specialized in accounting and financial solutions for SMBs, got acquired by the Spanish division of Zucchetti

- Bilbao-based VC firm All Iron Ventures rolled out a €30M fund of funds to invest in European VCs. More details here
- Samaipata hired a new senior principal, Arnaud Bakker, to boost their UK presence. Arnaud previously worked at Speedinvest and JP Morgan
- Demium announced the launch of a new €5M fund in collaboration with professional football club Valencia CF to invest in sports startups
- Mundi Ventures participated in the €19M round of London-based insurtech company Urban Jungle
- Startups' Oasis published an interview and profile of Miguel Nigorra, partner at Fifth Wall, one of the world's leading VC firms focused on the real estate market. Fifth Wall has more than $3B in assets under management
