  • Madrid-based Citibox raised €11 million from various investors. The company claims to have more than 7,000 lockers using its technology and to have completed more than 400,000 transactions to date
  • Madrid-based SaaS startup RatedPower received a €2 million grant by the EU’s H2020 program
  • Malaga-based AI startup Predictiva was awarded a €1 million grant by the EU’s H2020 program
  • Logistics and transportation startup Trucksters raised €850,000 from Big Sur Ventures and Metavallon VC
  • Blockchain certification startup Vottun raised €500,000 from Bbooster Ventures, Lanzame and other investors

  • Cabify says that it had revenues of €144 million in Spain in 2018 and posted a net loss of €3.5 million. The company also said that it does not plan to go public in the short term
