  • Glovo closed a big €115 million round a few weeks ago. Now it’s been disclosed that the biggest investor in the round was German food delivery giant Delivery Hero, with a €50 million investment and thus becoming Glovo’s biggest shareholder
  • Why Naspers just committed another $500 million to Barcelona-based Letgo: the global marketplace battle - an analysis by Dealroom
  • Barcelona’s Bigle Legal secured €400,000 to improve legal processing software platform. Investors include Telegraph Hill Capital and Cuatrecasas Ventures
  • Guitar manufacturer Miil raised €160,000

Startup exits 🎊

  • AT&T closed the acquisition of Madrid-born cybersecurity company AlienVault. Terms of the deal remain undisclosed
  • US ticketing company Eventbrite announced plans to go public this week. With the company’s S-1, details of Ticketea’s recent acquisition have been revealed: the Spanish startup was acquired by a total of $11.2 million ($3.6 million in cash and the rest in stock)
