• Lyft reportedly in talks to buy Spain’s Cabify for $3 billion. The company has denied the rumors
• One of the bigger exits in the history of Spanish tech: AT&T to acquire AlienVault for between $500 and $800 million. The company was born in Madrid in 2007 but ended up moving its headquarters to the US a few years later. The first investor to back the company was Madrid-based Adara Ventures.
