  • Spanish cloud hosting company Gigas acquired Latam startup Ability
  • PayPal announced last week the acquisition of Swedish payments startup iZettle for $2.2 billion. Banco Santander was an investor in the startup via Santander Innoventures, with a 1% stake valued at $22 million

  • Madrid-based transportation startup Bipi to launch its car subscription service in Spain. The company is also preparing to raise a new round of funding
